Yes, All servers come with full root SSH / RDP access. You have full control over your server.

What kind of support you provide?

We offer support through email, ticket system, chat, telephone and remote support. Remote support are for a chargable service which is based on the technical problems escalated to our support team.


Do you offer Windows operating systems?
Yes, We have currently offer with selected server for Windows Operating System, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012 and Windows Server 2016 with differente Edition like Essential, Web, Standard, datacenter and enterprise.

What type of connection will I have?
We have offer the Servers of customers are connected to a 1Gbps port, High configuration Server connected with 10 Gbps port and very low configuration server connected to a 100 Mbps port.

What is the delivery time for new server orders?
After the order placed it will we take 2 working days to set up a new server.

Who is responsible in case of hardware problem?
Win Linux Help is responsible for the hardware, if something goes wrong we will change the faulty hardware as soon as possible.
